1) If you are an existing customer, we will look through your purchase history and do our best to ensure you do not receive duplicates. If you are a new customer, it is best that you share your current lingerie preferences so we can pack in the best edit for you based on availability.
2) If you have different sizing eg you are a S for top and M for bottom, please indicate these details. You can also indicate general preferences to guide us in our packing.
3) If certain styles or colours suit you better, let us know so we can maximise your chances of receiving something you will love.
