As a fast-growing brand, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated eCommerce Fulfilment Executive to join our team. The eCommerce Fulfilment Executive will be responsible for tracking, managing, and fulfilling online customer orders, as well as processing and handling returns, and liaising with couriers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will also work with our design and experience team to review and enhance the unboxing experience, as well as manage the budget and supply management of our packaging needs. The role is located in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in inventory management to ensure stock levels are accurate, adequate and updated online.
- Manage and optimize the online store to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Update product listings, descriptions, and images to maintain accurate and appealing content.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices to keep the online store and unboxing experience competitive, fresh and innovative.
- Manage of budgets and supply management of our packaging needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for lingerie and fashion is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, meeting delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels including receiving and organizing stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries related to order status and fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized fulfillment area.
- Support the team with other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if necessary.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Retail Ambassador to join our team. As a Retail Ambassador, you will be the face of Perk by Kate, providing exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences, and promoting our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a passionate and friendly brand ambassador who can represent not just our products, but our core brand values.
- Provide high-quality customer service to each and every customer throughout their sales journey.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide tailored assistance to each individual customer and advise on the best products to suit their style/lifestyle needs.
- Assist in handling daily store operations, primarily: check-out procedures, organizing shelves and stocks, ordering stock, sales reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Assist with and take charge of visual merchandising needs.
- Provide back-up and help (where needed) for in-store events.
- Meet store sales targets.
- Assist with any necessary processes and operations to keep the store thriving.
Who You Are:
- An outgoing and friendly personality with superior communication skills, who enjoys interacting and connecting with a variety of different people to build and nurture close relationships.
- A results-driven, expedient problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- An excellent team player with a “no task is too small” attitude and the willingness to take responsibility for their actions.
- General computer knowledge.
- Languages: fluent in English and preferably Mandarin.
- Availability: 3-5 days a week, including Saturdays. We close on public holidays.
