As I sit here writing this, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. The past five years have been a journey of unexpected lessons. From navigating a global pandemic to becoming a mum—twice—and then stepping into solo parenting for two years, the path has been both challenging and transformative. Through it all, the Universe has rewarded me with a business that not only survived but thrived, growing more global while retaining its deeply personal, human touch.
This wouldn’t have been possible without you—our incredible community. It’s not just about the products we create or the campaigns we launch—it’s about the connections we’ve built together. You’ve welcomed us into your lives, sharing your stories, milestones, and moments of vulnerability. Together, we’ve created a space that celebrates authenticity, embraces diversity, and lifts each other up.
When I reflect on what keeps us moving forward, the answer is simple: it’s you. In every story, every kind word, and every shared moment, you remind me that love exists. Goodness exists. Generosity exists. You are the heartbeat of this brand, and you give it soul.

The #perksquad isn’t just a name; it’s a movement. It’s about showing up as your true self, embracing your unique journey, and lifting others along the way. This year, we launched the #Perksquad in Hong Kong, featuring 12 amazing ladies from diverse backgrounds, all with one single goal to embrace and celebrate the power of being unapologetically themselves.
Another meaningful highlight this year is the second edition of our Bra Donation Campaign. What began as a goal to provide 500 women in need with two bras each has now grown into something even greater—we’ve doubled our efforts to reach 1,000 women.

As a founder, I’ve grown into my role with quiet confidence, proud of what we’ve achieved but always striving for more. I’ve learned to embrace change, listen more deeply, and lead with intention. It brings me immense joy to see my team flourish alongside the brand. We push for growth—not only for the business but to create opportunities for our colleagues to grow as well. We aim for sustainable growth so we can continue to do good and give back. While we do this, we remain committed to delivering quality products, crafting meaningful experiences, and staying true to our mission of empowering individuals to feel confident, seen, and celebrated.
My heart is filled with excitement for what lies ahead. Not many of you know, I also celebrate my 40th birthday today—a milestone both personally and professionally for Perk by Kate. This moment feels like a beautiful intersection of growth and possibility. There’s so much more I want to give, to explore, and to create. I am deeply excited to continue weaving my personal journey with PBK, to dream up even more beautiful collections, and to connect more meaningfully with all of you.
