Advisory on New Styles and Restocks

Many of you have been asking us for more clarity on our new arrivals and restocks process, as the current situation is admittedly a little random. So here you go, our way of trying to make it work as methodically as possible.

new collection

We have scheduled for a new collection launch every alternate months, in January, March, May, July, September, November 2016. In every new collection, you can expect new lingerie styles and colourways. Often times, we are unable to control the quantity of lace we can purchase as our volumes are low, as such, the number of pieces we are able to make for each style varies. This is why we are unable to make matching bottoms at times, as we do not have enough.

restocks

Every other month in February, April, June, August, October and December 2016, we will focus on restocking pieces that have sold out. If the lace is sold out completely, we may still remake that style but in a different lace. To be notified on restocks, the best way would be to leave your email under the "Notify me" function under each product that is sold out. Remember, the more requests there are for a particular style, the more we'll prioritize that in our reorder.

new brands

For the brands that we carry, we follow a traditional fashion Spring/ Summer, Pre-Fall and Autumn/ Winter cycle, and launch as and when they are being shipped to us. Unless the styles are from the brands' basic range, there will hardly be any restocks as the brands would have sold out of those pieces as well.
